Happy New Year to you and your loved ones. I pray for it brings your family health and joy, love and fulfillment, faith and balance. And I pray for it brings us our internet connection back:)
I was not able to post any recent pictures or text since Thanksgiving, when we last had it.
We celebrated this holidays season in a very special and non-traditional way. We had to come with a big alternative to help hakim and omar get over the frustration of not celebrating with their family in Boston, MA. We took the boys to Paris. The trips were long and exhausting but the city of lights was all "celebration".
We walked a lot with hakim (in a stroller) and omar (in mammena's baby bjorn) and visited sites, parks, stores, bakeries and bakeries! The weather was exceptional: cool in a reasonable way, and sunny.
But mostly matthew got to spend long days with the boys and they both loved it, and expressed it.
We got back early in the morning, and matthew is off today and tomorrow. He'll be more rested on wednesday when he gest back to an intensive month of work.
I just wanted to send a special thought and love to Alexandra Novak: May God make all the years ahead smooth and exciting for you little gem!! To Grammie and Pipo, Happy move to Pennsylvania. I hope everything goes well and what a gift for the family to have you closer!! And to our brave little megan all our love and thoughts to your family, specially when patrick is away.
